You are making an appointment with the counselor you choose by clicking on the Self-pay or Insurance tabs unique to that counselor; next, their open appointment times will appear. After you finish your booking, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment; otherwise, a late cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.

If you are a new client, we are delighted you have chosen Heart to Heart Counseling LLC– new client paperwork will be waiting in our lobby for you to fill out.
